ABOUT THE ROLE
AdAction’s demand organization is growing rapidly as advertisers across gaming and non-gaming verticals increasingly adopt high-intent and incremental traffic sources. As adoption of our rewarded inventory and next-generation monetization solutions continues to grow, we are seeking a results-driven business development leader to expand our advertiser partnerships.
The Senior Business Development Manager (Demand) will lead new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth across key verticals including Gaming, Fintech, Market Research, Shopping, and Utilities. This role is well-suited for someone who excels at building trusted partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and scaling advertiser relationships.
You will manage the full demand-side sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution, applying your expertise in mobile performance marketing and advertiser KPIs to drive sustainable revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, engage, and close new advertiser relationships across targeted verticals
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and market research
- Own the full demand-side sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, value positioning, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution
- Advise advertisers on KPIs and growth objectives and align AdAction’s rewarded solutions with their business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams including Account Management, Solutions, and Marketing to ensure successful onboarding and long-term partner success
- Maintain a deep understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, retention, conversion rate, quality scores, and incremental lift
- Track market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities for vertical expansion
- Represent AdAction at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting in the CRM
- Contribute to advertiser strategy, product feedback, and market positioning initiatives
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, or demand-side ad tech sales
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels, attribution, ROAS modeling, and UA optimization
- Fluency in AI-related concepts and applications for performance optimization and measurement
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot
- Fluency in English is required; Turkish language proficiency is strongly preferred
- Highly motivated, strategic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and industry events
