  • Own and actively manage your sales pipeline, driving opportunities from Meeting 1 through planning and close
  • Build and maintain strong prospect relationships through disciplined, timely follow-up across the sales journey
  • Bring in the appropriate advisor and other Hightower experts at the right point based on each prospect's needs
  • Coordinate and prepare planning meetings with the advisor, ensuring continuity across the client journey
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, next steps, and forecast visibility
  • Remain accountable for conversion performance through close

What You'll Bring

  • 5–10+ years of successful sales, business development, or client relationship experience in wealth management or financial services
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, wealth management, and the needs of high-net-worth clients
  • Strong consultative selling and structured discovery skills, with experience translating client needs into a tailored proposition
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with prospective clients and lead client-facing sales conversations
  • Experience owning and managing a sales pipeline through a CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong follow-up discipline, organization, and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Metrics-driven mindset with accountability for pipeline progression and conversion performance
  • Relevant securities or investment adviser license/designation preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFP® certification or actively pursuing certification
  • Series 65 or Series 66 license

What We Offer

  • Coverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid parental leave (16 weeks for primary caregiver and 8 weeks for secondary caregiver)
  • 401k matching plan
