Job Summary

As a Business Development Representative your responsibility is to collaborate with the sales team to build a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. In this role, integrity, initiative, business acumen, creativity, discipline, and performance metrics matter. This role also provides a platform to invest in your professional growth and career opportunities. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research, pre-qualify, and identify prospective organizations and key contacts within an organization 
  • Create and execute outbound cadences for email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Maintain approximately 50 outbound calls/day to key prospects to engage in conversations designed to determine interest and business fit
  • Secure commitment from prospects to attend a brief demo or meeting to learn more about Reltio
  • Collaborate with your team to progress opportunities through the sales process
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via call, email, or chat to help prospects learn about Reltio’s capabilities
  • Consistently meet and exceed business goals

Skills You Must Have:

  • A strong desire to be in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment
  • An energetic and engaging personality
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about what you do, enthusiastic, competitive, disciplined, collaborative, self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listener, curious, ability learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies
  • Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; Business or CS preferred, but not necessary
  • 1 to 2 years of Business Development Rep work experience
  • Strong web and computer skills: Google applications, MS Office, Salesforce.com desirable

At Reltio, we take a market-based approach to pay and consider a range of factors. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and other business considerations. Please note that the individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company’s sole discretion using the factors noted. Reltio's current market range for this role is $47,200 - $78,400.
