Business Development Representative 

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000 per year plus commission (Sliding Scale)

Employment Status: Full-Time

Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing on outbound efforts to create and secure new business opportunities. Your role will involve developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to our brand’s success. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is adept at both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor industry trends and customer drivers; collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies.
  • Manage the proposal process, including RFP responses, content creation, and coordination.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers; generate and nurture leads.
  • Support deal structuring, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Conduct research to inform new investment projects and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain and utilize CRM (Pipedrive) for lead generation.
  • Oversee and optimize marketing initiatives, including analytics and automation.
  • Report on key marketing metrics and coordinate promotional events.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in property or association management.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
    • Experience with social media, email marketing, SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
    • Strong understanding of graphic design and UI best practices.
    • Proven ability to plan, manage resources, and deliver effective presentations.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. The majority of work is seated with occasional standing and walking.
    • Working Conditions: Primarily indoors; may require evening or weekend meetings.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year plus commission 
  • Benefits Package:
    • 20 Days PTO per Year + 10 Paid Holidays
