Role Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities, supporting Account Directors throughout the sales lifecycle, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

This is a highly execution-focused role centered around outbound prospecting, pipeline support, and sales operations. You will work closely with Account Directors to move deals forward, maintain strong organization across the pipeline, and ensure consistent follow-through at every stage of the sales process.

This role is designed as a fast-track entry into sales at NeoReach. High performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full Account Director role within three (3) months. 
Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation and Prospecting
  • Prospect and source new brand leads across key verticals including DTC, gaming, tech, entertainment, retail, SaaS, AI, mobile apps, and finance
  • Build and maintain outbound prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Mixmax, and Artisan
  • Execute outbound email campaigns and targeted LinkedIn outreach at scale
  • Research brand activity, creator partnerships, competitor campaigns, and market trends
Sales Support and Deal Progression
  • Set meetings and support Account Directors throughout active sales cycles
  • Join sales calls, take structured notes, and ensure recordings and documentation are captured
  • Assist with follow-up communication to maintain deal momentum
  • Support proposal development, including sourcing sample creators and contributing to strategy
CRM and Operational Execution
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, including pipeline updates, meeting notes, and activity tracking
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication across all active opportunities
  • Coordinate internally with sales, strategy, campaign, and paid media teams
  • Act as an operational extension of the Account Director team
Post-Sale Coordination
  • Support client communication post-sale to ensure continuity and organization
  • Help schedule check-ins and maintain ongoing client touchpoints
  • Assist in coordinating wrap reports, reporting meetings, and deliverable collection
  • Track campaign assets including screenshots, links, metrics, and performance data
Success Criteria
  • Qualified meetings booked per month
  • Consistent outbound activity across email, LinkedIn, and prospecting platforms
  • Strong CRM hygiene and operational execution
  • Contribution to pipeline generation and deal progression
  • Ability to support closed revenue alongside Account Directors
