The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be at the front lines of growth — identifying potential customers, sparking conversations, and setting up meetings for our clients’ sales teams
.You don’t need to be a sales expert (yet). We’ll teach you everything you need to know through hands-on training and real-time coaching. This is the perfect place to kickstart your career in tech sales!
Training
- You’ll go through comprehensive sales training that includes:
- How to cold call, write compelling outreach messages, and qualify opportunities.
- How to use modern sales tools (like CRMs and sales engagement platforms).
- How to think strategically about business development and lead generation.
- Ongoing mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to advance.
- We’ll help you build a strong foundation for a long-term career in sales!

What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential leads who fit our clients’ target markets
- Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations. Engage with both English- and French-speaking prospects across multiple markets.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for our clients’ Account Executives.
- Learn to use industry-leading sales tools and CRMs.
- Collaborate with your team to test new messaging, refine strategies, and celebrate wins together.
- Bring energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude to every day — because we’re all about learning and improving.
Language Requirements
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in French is strongly preferred. Preference will be given to fully bilingual candidates, as this role involves regular outreach and communication with Quebecois French-speaking prospects and clients, particularly in Quebec and Eastern Canada.
