KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research & Prospecting: Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers, engaging with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers
- Outbound Outreach: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records with lead activity, interactions, and progress
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize lead conversion
- Relationship Building: Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to tailor sales messaging effectively
- Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1-3+ years of sales or business development experience
- Skilled in relationship-building, negotiation, and closing
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
