- Participate in a comprehensive sales training program to sharpen client interaction and prospecting techniques
- Build strong relationships with Account Executives through effective communication
- Demonstrate expertise in presenting Spectrum products and services to potential clients
- Qualify prospects while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with Major Account Executives to achieve sales targets
- Schedule seamless transitions for qualified clients to the outside sales team
- Manage a pipeline of prospects, staying informed about industry competition
- Pursue ongoing development of sales skills and techniques

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Math, Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience
- 0-1+ years of sales experience, ideally in business development, sales development, inside sales, prospecting for new business and accounts, IT or Software-as-a-Service business development, Salesforce or similar CRM
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejection
- Desire to learn and succeed in technology sales
