As our Business Development Representative, you'll own part of the inbound pipeline — turning interest from direct, residential, and national account leads into signed FloWater accounts. You'll work closely with our Sales Manager to grow FloWater's footprint across the country, based out of our Denver team.


Responsibilities and Role:

  • Own and convert inbound leads across three channels: direct sales, residential sales, and expansion on existing customers
  • Run discovery calls, present the Refill Station, and manage each opportunity from first contact through signed agreement
  • Keep pipeline and CRM data current and accurate to support reliable forecasting
  • Represent FloWater's culture and mission in every conversation
  • Achieve a quota monthly

Candidate Competencies

  • 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, business development, or account management)
  • Based in Denver, CO, and willing to work in-office alongside the inside sales team
  • Comfortable in a high-activity, inbound-lead sales environment
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline and results
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, HubSpot and/or NetSuite
  • Flexibility to adapt as FloWater's go-to-market motion evolves
  • Genuine alignment with FloWater's mission and culture

Compensation: This is a full-time position with a competitive annual wage $52,000-$55,000, comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
