About the Opportunity

Axiamatic is building the leading AI-native platform for enterprise transformation, and we’re looking for a hungry BDR to help build our funnel from the ground up. There’s no established playbook; you’ll help create it. In return, you’ll get real deal exposure, a fast path to AE, and a front-row seat to one of the most exciting categories in enterprise tech.

What You’ll Do
Pipeline Generation

Own outbound prospecting into target accounts: define ICP, messaging, and sequencing from scratch

Build and iterate on multi-channel cadences (email, phone, LinkedIn); there’s no inherited process to follow

Qualify inbound leads and hand off to AEs with crisp, context-rich summaries

Prospecting Infrastructure

Help evaluate and implement the BDR tech stack: sequencing, intent data, enrichment. We’re building this together

Document what works and turn winning plays into repeatable frameworks as we scale

Deal Overlay & AE Collaboration

Join AE discovery calls and strategic deals to build commercial instincts toward your own book of business

Provide account mapping, stakeholder research, and competitive context on active opportunities

Market & Category Expertise

Develop fluency in AI infrastructure, AI-native platforms, and the enterprise buyers who care about them

Feed market signal back to the team: objections, what’s resonating, competitive moves

Requirements
Must-haves

1+ year of BDR or SDR experience in B2B SaaS or a technical sales environment

Genuine curiosity about AI, AI infrastructure, or technical platforms. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to care

Builder mentality: energized by figuring things out, not looking for a fully paved road

Strong written and verbal communication; coachable, competitive, and hungry to grow into a closing role

Nice-to-haves

Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market technical buyers (IT, Data, Engineering, or Operations)

Familiarity with Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay

Exposure to MEDDIC or another qualification framework

Your Growth Path

High performers will be considered for an AE role within 6–9 months, with no arbitrary timelines and no moving goalposts. You’ll know exactly what the bar looks like from day one, and we’ll invest in getting you there.

Benefits

Get in early on a category-defining AI platform: the market is moving fast and so are we

Real ownership: help build the prospecting motion, not just execute someone else’s

A genuine AE path with a team invested in your development

Competitive base + commission, equity, benefits, and [flexible work policy]
