This is a remote role based in Florida, supporting the LATAM territory as part of our global Business Development team. If you're energized by opening doors, sparking meaningful conversations with hospitality decision-makers, and building pipeline that drives real business impact, this could be a great fit.

As a BDR at Duetto, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers across LATAM — qualifying inbound leads, running targeted outbound campaigns, and partnering closely with Regional Sales Directors to turn prospects into qualified opportunities. It's a fast-paced, high-impact role that gives you real visibility into how a global SaaS sales organization operates.

What Makes Us Different?

Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world's first Revenue & Profit Operating System — a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI — and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across your LATAM territory — email, phone, social, and events — to identify and qualify the right opportunities at the right accounts.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads fast and with purpose, using structured discovery to qualify need and keep deals moving.
  • Research target accounts and stakeholders across LATAM markets to build tailored outreach — leveraging AI-driven tools to sharpen relevance and boost response rates.
  • Set up high-quality first meetings and demos for the sales team, handing over clean context on pain points, stakeholders, and next steps.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing on territory planning, messaging, and campaign performance, feeding back market intelligence from the field.
  • Keep CRM and sales engagement tools accurate and up to date, supporting AI-assisted workflows that make our pipeline reporting sharper.

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 2+ years in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role — ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.
  • Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus if you'll be covering Brazilian accounts).
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers across LATAM markets from the first conversation.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Apollo or HubSpot.
  • A proven ability to stay organized and maintain quality at volume.

Strong candidates may also have:

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or technology.
  • Prior experience selling into hotel groups, casino operators, or resort brands in Latin America.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prospecting or lead intelligence tools (Clay, 6sense, Gong, Chorus, etc.).

Why Duetto?

  • Play to win — we act with urgency when we see an opportunity. You'll join a team that moves fast, backs its people, and celebrates results.
  • AI is how we work — you won't be prospecting with yesterday's tools. Every role at Duetto, including this one, is being reimagined around AI-powered workflows.
  • A product worth talking about — four-time #1 rated Revenue Management Software. Opening conversations is easier when you believe in what you're selling.
  • Room to grow — BDRs who perform have a strong track record of moving into closing roles and beyond at Duetto.
  • Come as you are — we're a diverse, distributed team that takes our work seriously and our culture seriously too.
