Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their growing remote team and support their sales growth initiatives through proactive outreach, lead engagement, and data-driven prospecting strategies. Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage potential business opportunities.
  • Manage lead outreach campaigns through different communication channels, including calls and digital follow-ups.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and alignment with available solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, conversations, and pipeline progress within CRM systems.
  • Track performance metrics and use data insights to optimize outreach strategies and improve results.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to support pipeline generation and business growth objectives.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to build relationships and move opportunities through the sales process.
  • Utilize sales technology platforms, including CRM, dialing tools, and prospecting databases, to improve efficiency.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing new approaches to increase performance.


Requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics, KPIs, and data-driven strategies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and improve through feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple leads and activities.
  • Interest in developing a career in sales, business development, and revenue generation.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, customer success, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or sales outreach is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Experience working with data to measure performance and improve processes.
  • Strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and take on increased responsibilities over time.
