Who we are:

Stay AI is powered by savvy DTC industry vets, who have each been building subscription programs for over ten years. We’ve worked with over 300+ subscription-focused CPG brands that have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in subscription revenue alone. Our product is shaped by eCommerce experts who specialize in acquisition and retention—and it shows.

We have amazing investors like Telescope Partners, with participation from Boulder Food Group, Riverpark Ventures, and Vanterra Capital. Previous investments were led by Watchfire Ventures, alongside industry leaders such as Nik Sharma (Sharma Brands) and Adam Turner (Postscript).

We are not afraid of challenging work and are excited to build the next big thing. Sound good to you? Then, please read more about our role!

Our culture:

We are dedicated to our work, but equally committed to celebrating our achievements. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, as we firmly believe in the power of teamwork. While we are remote-first as a company, we try to create opportunities to meet each other. That's why we organize annual offsite retreats in beautiful Park City, Utah and Mexico!

Who you are:

You’re not afraid to pick up the phone. You get energy from the chase. You don’t wait for leads. You create them. You know outbound is hard, and you love that about it.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who is wired for outbound hunting. This isn’t an entry-level BDR role, it’s a front-line sales position for someone who’s hungry to master outbound strategy, create pipeline from scratch, and grow into a quota-carrying AE.

You’ll work in a high-velocity, dynamic environment where adaptability, resilience, and intensity are table stakes. If you thrive in fast-paced sales cultures and want to help shape the future of Stay AI, we want to talk.

In a typical day, you might:

  • Own your outbound motion: prospect, write, and launch custom cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn

  • Make 50+ cold calls per day to DTC operators (typically heads of marketing, retention, or operations)

  • Research and prioritize top-tier Shopify brands that match our ICP

  • Write messaging that cuts through noise

  • Push qualified meetings to AEs with context that accelerates close rate

  • Track all activity in Salesforce with precision and discipline

  • Collaborate directly with AEs and sales leadership on targeting, positioning, and objection handling

  • Test, learn, and iterate fast—what worked last month might not work today

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1–2+ years in an outbound SaaS BDR/SDR role

  • Proven ability to generate meetings and pipeline through cold outreach

  • High comfort with cold calling and objection handling - this is a phone-forward role

  • Strong writing skills and the ability to personalize at scale

  • You’re coachable, gritty, metrics-driven, and take ownership over outcomes

  • You want to master outbound and grow into a high-performing AE

  • You move fast, stay organized, and are looking for high-level coaching to match your ambition

Nice to haves:

  • Experience within the eCommerce and/or subscription management space

  • Experience working with the Shopify platform

Why Join Us?:

  • Massive opportunity: Help build the outbound engine at a fast-scaling SaaS company

  • Real product-market fit: Stay AI solves urgent problems for fast-growing brands

  • Elite team: Work alongside humble professionals who know how to win

  • Impact: You’ll be a foundational part of a high-performance revenue org
