Position Overview:
ELVTR is on the hunt for a sharp, results-oriented Business Development Representative to help convert highly engaged leads into enthusiastic customers. You won’t need to chase cold leads—your job is to close warm prospects who’ve already scheduled their calls. If you're passionate about high-ticket sales and want to earn what you're worth, this role is for you.

This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for our premium courses.
  • Build rapport with prospects and identify how our programs align with their goals.
  • Track your metrics and iterate fast to exceed conversion benchmarks.
  • Maintain clean and detailed records in our CRM.
  • Communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent, professional English communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge quickly
  • Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills.
  • A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a strong plus.
