About the Role:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and expanding Zone & Co’s customer base across the NOAM region. This role requires a motivated self-starter who excels in identifying prospects, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS or ERP sales and thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Prospecting and Lead generation:  research, identify and qualify potential target accounts across NOAM, that fit our product set and ICP
  • Hyper personalized targeted outreach: bring new ideas, innovate, adjust and update messaging to suit ICP and GTM. Leverage phone, email, LinkedIn and new ideas to generate leads. 
  • Campaigns: Run targeted outbound campaigns aligned with territory plans or verticals.
  • Lead qualification: work with prospects and your sales team to ensure leads meet ICP, BANT and MEDDPIC requirements 
  • Personal development: enablement of Zone solutions, market trends, compliance laws, ERP changes will be an ongoing requirement.
  • Participate in regional go-to-market (GTM) activities, events, and trade shows.
  • CRM Management: Salesforce Hygiene and lead generation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives and enhance customer value.
  • Market Insights: Gather and share market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
What You’ll Bring
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the SaaS or ERP industry.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales KPIs in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify and convert leads within a structured sales framework
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite or ERP software preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including business-level proficiency in English
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment while maintaining accountability to team goals
