What you'll do

  • Research and identify solar companies that could benefit from Artemis
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to drive interest
  • Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve messaging
  • Test and refine outreach cadences based on results

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting (solar or SaaS preferred)
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed outreach and meeting goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Experience with CRM tools and email automation software
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the solar industry or clean tech

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $40,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus/Commission: $15,000 – $25,000+ OTE (based on meetings booked and qualified pipeline created)
  • Equity: Available for high-performing hires after 6–12 months
  • Benefits: Remote-first culture, paid time off, growth opportunities, Health, Dental & 401k
