We are looking for a hungry, ambitious Business Development Representative to fuel our next stage of growth by creating high-quality sales conversations with banking and credit union leaders.About the role

The BDR will be responsible for generating new, qualified prospect meetings for our sales team through proactive outbound activity. You will engage prospects through cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn, direct mail and other targeted channels. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a professional presence and a genuine interest in using AI tools to work smarter and faster.

What you will do
  • Drive outbound prospecting across email sequences, cold calls, LinkedIn and direct mail
  • Create consistent pipeline through outreach that reflects our personal and professional tone
  • Research and identify target accounts and contacts, and manage all activity in HubSpot
  • Use AI tools to personalize outreach, generate messaging and improve efficiency
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions
  • Qualify prospects on the phone and book meetings that meet our quality standards
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine targeting, messaging and outbound strategy
  • Meet or exceed a target of at least 10 qualified meetings booked per month
What you bring
  • 2 to 3 years of BDR or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Proven results generating pipeline through outbound channels
  • Full proficiency with HubSpot and modern outbound tools
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to speak clearly, professionally and confidently with executive level prospects
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to guide thoughtful qualification conversations
  • Curiosity, drive and comfort experimenting with AI and new prospecting methods
  • Experience selling to the banking or credit union industry is a plus
