Company Description

Teleo Title is a new Title Agency providing secure and seamless closings in the central Texas market. We are headquartered in Georgetown, TX with a signing site in downtown ATX. We focus on personalized service, high accuracy and managing even the most difficult closings. We can support both residential and commercial transactions.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Representative located in the Austin, Texas area. This role is a hybrid work role and the incumbent must be based in central Texas and able to support client and prospective client meetings in the Austin / Georgetown area every day. The candidate will be responsible for meeting with realtors, lenders, builders, investors and others engaged in the real estate and real estate development sectors primarily in the Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, Hutto and Georgetown areas. Strong candidates will have a track record of success in building and maintaining trust through many transactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in both digital and in-person outreach, setting and following up from meetings and proficiency engaging in a variety of marketing channels and tactics

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service habits

  • Strong writing skills and social media outreach are a must

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with good time management and organizational skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or escrow is a plus

  • Previous experience in the title industry is required
