  • The Sales & Business Development Executive – Global is a pivotal role for a results-driven commercial leader with extensive customer-facing experience. You will be responsible for identifying and closing strategic opportunities, cultivating trusted relationships with ecosystem partners, and laying the foundation for long-term success in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities with cloud providers, sovereign AI initiatives, large enterprises, and AI-native startups.

  • Lead full-cycle sales engagements from prospecting and technical/business qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

  • Collaborate closely with our technical teams to support POCs, benchmarking, and solution deployments, ensuring customer success

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with government-backed innovation programs, system integrators, OEMs, and regional cloud platforms.

  • Engage with local partners for co-selling and distribution support.

  • Represent FuriosaAI at key industry events, AI summits, and strategic partner meetings, elevating our brand and presence.

  • Act as the local face of FuriosaAI, working closely with our HQ and US teams to align messaging, resources, and customer success initiatives.

  • Share vital regional insights and customer feedback to inform our global product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to share regional insights and customer feedback

  • Foster a performance-driven, customer-obsessed culture in the region

  • Set team goals and execution plans aligned with global GTM strategy

Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within the AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or semiconductor industries.

  • Demonstrated success in closing complex B2B deals and navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise and, where applicable, government environments.

  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including AI model trends, cloud deployment models, and underlying infrastructure needs.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional regional languages (e.g., Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, German, French, etc.) is highly preferred for regional focus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Regional leadership experience, including direct team management or significant multi-country engagement, particularly in launching or scaling new go-to-market functions in high-growth startup environments.

  • Strong network across key global markets (e.g., in the US, major European tech hubs, GCC region, Singapore, India, Australia, etc.).

  • Experience working with or selling to sovereign AI/cloud initiatives, public sector entities, or digital transformation offices.

  • A self-starter with strong cultural awareness and the ability to operate independently and effectively in diverse, cross-border startup environments.

  • A genuine passion for working with cross-border teams and helping define a new category of AI infrastructure.
