  •   Partner with the product team to track feature adoption, engagement, and business impact
  •   Build and maintain a reporting library to ensure consistent KPIs and definitions across the company
  •   Design clear, compelling data visualizations that tell the story behind the numbers
  •   Work cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to provide the insights needed for strategic decisions
  •   Proactively identify data trends and anomalies, providing recommendations for action
  •   Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and documentation at all times

Experience we’re seeking:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role (SaaS or startup preferred)
  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools and libraries, and demonstrated experience in data preprocessing, data wrangling, and ETL processes to build analytical narratives
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one major BI/visualization platform
  • Demonstrated ability to produce Board-level reporting packages with clean visuals
  • Strong storytelling skills that allow you to transform complex metrics into simple, compelling insights
  • Comfort leveraging modern AI/ML tools to accelerate analysis, automate data prep, or enhance reporting (though deep model-building expertise is not required)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex, unstructured data to identify meaningful insights

Perks & Benefits:

  •   Base salary + unique bonus programs for total alignment
  •   Stock options: become a shareholder and participate in the value we create together
  •   Unlimited PTO + holidays off for a good quality of life
  •   Health benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision — 100% paid for employees
