Educational Recommendations:

Currently a candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field with an accredited school in the US. 
 

Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Operations Support

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders 
  • Support operational improvement initiatives across business processes and workflows 
  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions 
  • Participate in process mapping, documentation, and standardization activities 
  • Help define and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics 

Automation & AI Solutions

  • Support the design and implementation of workflow automations and digital solutions 
  • Contribute to the development and testing of AI agents and AI-assisted operational tools 
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify automation opportunities 
  • Assist in integrating AI and automation solutions into daily operational processes 
  • Explore modern technologies and best practices related to AI-driven operations 

Data & Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data 
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making 
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and prepare insights for management and stakeholders 
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across tools and platforms 

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, process owners, and technical teams 
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly 
  • Support coordination across distributed and cross-functional teams 
  • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and solution discussions 
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset 
  • Interest in business operations, process improvement, and digital transformation 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in teams 
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new tools quickly 
  • Fluent English communication skills 

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, or low-code platforms 
  • Interest in AI, AI agents, or generative AI technologies 
  • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or software development concepts 
  • Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar 
  • Understanding of operational processes or shared services environments 
  • Experience working on university projects related to analytics, automation, or AI
