The Business Operations Analyst will enhance processes across teams, analyze business trends, manage reporting systems, and support operational initiatives.
The Role
We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to help us run the company better: faster, smarter, and more efficiently. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with Leadership, Finance, Sales, Product, and Customer teams to turn data into insights and insights into action. You’ll own core reporting, improve processes, and drive operational initiatives that directly impact how the business scales.
If you're excited about building from the ground up and shaping how education evolves through data, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities (You Will)
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reports to track company performance
- Analyze business trends across revenue, customers, operations, and headcount and surface actionable insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, tools, and workflows
- Support planning and forecasting (e.g., revenue, capacity, headcount)
- Own and improve core operational systems (CRM, internal tools, reporting infrastructure)
- Drive special projects for leadership, from go-to-market analysis to operational scaling initiatives
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
Requirements (You Have)
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools)
- Experience building dashboards and metrics that executives actually use
- Ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority
- Strong communication skills—able to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar
- Exposure to RevOps, Finance, or Product analytics
- Consulting or startup background
The base pay range for this role is $80,000 – $100,000 per year.
We’re open to adjusting the role level based on your experience and expertise. If you do not fulfill all requirements in the job description, we encourage you to submit your application nonetheless. Doowii employees are required to successfully pass a background check upon being hired.
