Job Description

This position will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of complex consulting projects as well as oversees the execution of solutions impacting profitability and operational efficiencies. Leverages business and industry knowledge and best practices when consulting with business partners and clients to recommend innovative solutions to complex problems. Responsible for influencing others directly or virtually to accomplish business goals/objectives. Oversees a team and is responsible for achieving team goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates, provides expertise and collaborates with business partners across the enterprise to support business optimization efforts to enable effective and efficient delivery of valued services.

• Drives overall project deliverables to include implementation, organizational change management, communication, and user adoption. May direct the work of other staff members or lead a virtual cross functional team

• Incorporates business and industry knowledge of trends and best practices in solving complex problems.

• Ensures successful completion of projects by supporting, cooperating, and influencing in the execution of complex enterprise projects.

• Assesses the impact and recommends the implementation of business plans across the enterprise. Provides expertise and establishes policy on the creation, receipt, maintenance, use and disposition of Enterprise records, including processes for capturing and maintaining customer transactions and business activities through eventual archival or destruction.

• Provides insight on strategies and solutions that will significantly impact corporate and or department objectives.

• Understands departmental cost structure and components that influence profit/loss. Oversees execution of solutions that will positively impact profitability and operational efficiencies.

• Gathers and analyzes business and stakeholder requirements. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures.

• Provides best practices, strategies, and solutions to senior leaders that will positively impact business operations and departments.

• Demonstrates understanding of business unit and/or industry systems, processes and requirements.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $130,000- 170,000 / annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
