People are at the center of everything we do, and our Talent team sits at the heart of that mission. We’re one of the most visible teams in the company partnering across every function, supporting every person here, and shaping the future of the company through the people we hire.

The Role

Latent Health is experiencing rapid growth, and we’re seeking a GTM / Business Recruiter to help us build world-class teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and selected Business Operations roles.

This position is based in NYC (Flatiron) and requires in-office presence as needed. You will report to the Lead GTM Recruiter, working closely on hiring strategy while taking ownership of full-cycle recruiting execution from start to finish. In this role, you’ll help shape the GTM recruiting function, build talent pipelines, and ensure every candidate interaction embodies Latent’s values and mission.

What You’ll Do

Build and Scale GTM Hiring
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and select Business Ops roles)

  • Partner with hiring managers to design and execute hiring plans aligned with company growth goals

  • Build proactive sourcing strategies and develop repeatable, multi-channel pipelines

  • Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a high bar for talent and candidate experience

  • Help improve interview loops, scorecards, and hiring processes

Partner with Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with GTM leaders and managers throughout the hiring lifecycle

  • Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations

  • Support headcount planning and prioritization alongside the Lead GTM Recruiter

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on candidate selection, offers, and strategy

Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience
  • Champion Latent’s culture and values in every interaction

  • Build authentic relationships with candidates from outreach through offer

  • Ensure a transparent, high-touch, and thoughtful recruiting process

Close Top Talent
  • Partner with leadership on offer strategy and candidate positioning

  • Navigate negotiations with clarity and credibility

  • Help candidates understand the opportunity and impact of joining Latent

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and experience building pipelines from scratch

  • 4+ years of full cycle work experience

  • Experience hiring Sales is required; Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Ops a plus

  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

  • Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills

  • Highly organized, data-informed, and results-driven

Who You Are

  • You view recruiting as a strategic lever for company growth

  • You build trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates

  • You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building scalable systems

  • You move with urgency without sacrificing quality or candidate experience

  • Collaborative, low ego, and motivated by impact

Most importantly, you’re energized by helping shape the future of a company by shaping the people who build it.
