This is a remote position.

As a Business Sales Manager at Nomad Business, you will lead our sales team to new heights in a dynamic and ever-evolving market. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals; set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.

2. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; understand client needs and offer solutions and support.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs; stay up-to-date with trends and competitors.

4. Sales Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong market presence.

5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team’s performance and align efforts with business goals; provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity.

6. Reporting: Report on sales results and forecast future sales; provide insights to the management team to inform decision-making.

7. Networking: Represent the company at industry events and conferences; network with potential clients and industry professionals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.

- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.


Skills:

- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

- Strong organizational and team management skills.
