We are seeking a Business Liaison who will act as a key point of contact between our business partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, understanding business needs, and ensuring that relevant information is accurately conveyed to our teams. This role focuses on collaboration, clear communication, and understanding business objectives rather than technical details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather Business Requirements: Work closely with business partners to collect and document their needs, objectives, and expectations.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring that all parties have a shared understanding of business goals.
  • Conduct Interviews & Meetings: Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed information on business processes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Document and Analyze Information: Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, workflows, and goals.
  • Ensure Alignment: Ensure that all business requirements are accurately communicated to the relevant teams, without delving into technical solutions.
  • Support Decision Making: Provide business insights and recommendations based on gathered information, helping partners make informed decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 8+ year’s software testing experience
  • SQL experience is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation.
  • Knowledge of business processes and operations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions without getting into the technical details.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business analysis or project management, preferably 7+ years.
  • Familiarity with tools used for documentation and process mapping (e.g., MS Visio, Jira, or similar).
  • Working Conditions: This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and external business partners, ensuring smooth information flow between departments.


Pay Rate:

$71,500.00 - $105,400.00  

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
