Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a Business Transformation & AI Lead to partner with the Medical Imaging and Specialty Solutions business to support the development, deployment, training, and maintenance of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across the organization. This role works across all therapeutic areas and functional groups to support the execution of operational and strategic AI initiatives, driving efficiency, automation, and scalable business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
Integrate AI solutions into existing business processes and workflows
Identify high‑impact AI opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline operational delivery
Track, measure, and report efficiency gains from AI model and solution implementation
Support implementation, monitoring, and optimization of AI models and tools
Lead business use‑case design for AI products, including development and maintenance of prompts and skills for generative AI models
Drive adoption of AI technologies and tools across the business unit
Provide business support to AI engineers, data scientists, and end users
Document AI workflows, processes, and best practices
Create and maintain a centralized repository of AI best practices, prompting guides, and internal success stories
Troubleshoot AI system issues and escalate as needed
Collaborate with Data Science, Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure successful AI project delivery
Lead the strategy and expansion of automation initiatives across therapeutic areas
Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and/or Legal partners to ensure compliant AI implementation
Manage special projects and ensure completion of assigned deliverables
Support and deliver training objectives for business users, including maintaining a dynamic training materials library
Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Hands‑on experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks preferred
5–10 years of experience in clinical trials and/or a global clinical imaging environment
Experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical/device industry preferred
Demonstrated experience mentoring and training personnel on departmental and project‑related processes
Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Strong attention to detail and a professional, positive attitude
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred
