We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner. This role is fully remote.

Description:

  • Handle customer calls with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and product questions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
