What You’ll Do
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing prompt and courteous support.
• Educate customers about services, payment options, and promotional offers.
• Manage account inquiries related to toll payments, FasTrak transponder accounts, and express lane usage.
• Assist customers in resolving overdue balances and prepare collection notices.
• Maintain accurate account records using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Process payments (credit card and cash) and perform accurate data entry.
• Assemble welcome kits, account materials, and test transponders.

Requirements
• Must pass a pre-employment credit check (periodic checks required).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent customer service experience .
• Call center experience strongly preferred (inbound and outbound).
• Ability to handle high call volumes and diffuse challenging customer situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Spanish language skills a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or call center software desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check (periodic checks required).
