Leads the end-to-end coordination, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns across sectors/practices, regions/offices and Centers of Excellence. Manages cross-functional timelines, resources, and workflows to move campaigns from intake through launch with clarity, quality, and accountability. Serves as the operational owner of campaign execution by defining scope, ensuring disciplined workflow adherence, and driving measurable delivery outcomes. Partners closely with Marketing Operations, Digital, Events, Brand, PR & Comms, Marketing Insights, and Practice/Regional Marketing Directors to deliver integrated, on-time campaigns with meaningful performance results.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads campaign coordination from intake through planning, execution, launch, and wrap reporting
  • Builds and manages integrated campaign plans, including timelines, milestones, workbacks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Ensures tasks are assigned, sequenced, completed on schedule, and meet readiness and quality standards
  • Partners with COE leads (Digital, Events, Creative, Brand, PR & Comms, Insights) to coordinate execution across channels and teams
  • Drives stakeholder alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations, including managing changes throughout execution
  • Leads campaign status meetings, communicates progress, and ensures smooth cross-team handoffs
  • Identifies and resolves roadblocks, resourcing gaps, timeline risks, or competing needs, escalating as needed
  • Partners with Marketing Operations to manage campaign intake, ensuring clear scope definition, strategic alignment, prioritization against capacity, and balanced resourcing across active initiatives
  • Ensures deliverables meet standards for readiness, stakeholder alignment, and launch requirements
  • Manages changes to scope, timelines, or priorities while maintaining visibility and accountability
  • Tracks campaign progress, velocity, and performance metrics for operational visibility
  • Partners with Insights & Analytics to ensure measurement requirements and reporting inputs are captured
  • Supports post-campaign wrap-ups, capturing learnings and process improvement efforts

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Project Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically with 6+ years of experience in project management, production, or experiential marketing
  • Experience in Asana (or comparable project management platform), including management of campaign timelines, cross-functional dependencies, reporting visibility, and workflow governance
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator graphic software
  • Experience in MS Office Suite
  • Experience working with planning tools (i.e., budget tracking, project timeline, logistics and deliverables schedules, event specs, meeting agendas, and notes, etc.)
  • Experience in marketing and basic graphic design
  • Experience in logistics management including connecting people and resources to the right place at the right time
  • Experience working within standardized workflows, tools, and governance models
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills with experience delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns in a complex organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead timelines, status meetings, and escalation paths confidently.
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally—both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and apply innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also working independently and prioritizing work.
  • Travel may be required.
