Responsible for developing test plans, tracking QA progress with Jira, delivering project reports, and ensuring service quality in capital markets.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Routinely generate and communicate project QA test status reports. Identify defects and provide troubleshooting and track progress in Jira Work with business users on billing payment and quality assurance. Conduct Calibration sessions in sync with the Delivery and QA team. Develop, Recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Develops and conducts briefings for the targeted group of advisors that address Service Quality deficiencies and/or improvement opportunities. Prepare Daily/Weekly reports. Understanding of capital market and asset management industry Basic knowledge of QA practices, theories, tools and quality detection techniques Understands market data, its providers and significance. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, database software Client Business Area: Wealth Management, Asset Management, Proxy voting. Client environment: ETL, SQL and JIRA
