Job Summary

The Card Operations Representative will handle multiple tasks involving debit, credit, and prepaid cards. We are a fast-paced department and must be able to handle phone calls, portal tickets and emails quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Help grow and create new card programs with Fintech partners as BaaS.
  • Assist with card networks Pulse, Visa, and Mastercard
  • Reconciling spreadsheets of multiple GL and DDA accounts on a daily and monthly basis
  • Assist in creating and reviewing reports for any BaaS products.
  • Monitor external reports for accuracy.
  • Participate in training to expand knowledge of the department and position.
  • Assist with setting up processes and procedures for BaaS products.
  • Handle past due collection on credit cards.
  • Provide backup support to others in the department.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Research transactional history.

Job Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous banking experience preferred.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with new products and programs.
