Job Summary
The Card Operations Representative will handle multiple tasks involving debit, credit, and prepaid cards. We are a fast-paced department and must be able to handle phone calls, portal tickets and emails quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Help grow and create new card programs with Fintech partners as BaaS.
- Assist with card networks Pulse, Visa, and Mastercard
- Reconciling spreadsheets of multiple GL and DDA accounts on a daily and monthly basis
- Assist in creating and reviewing reports for any BaaS products.
- Monitor external reports for accuracy.
- Participate in training to expand knowledge of the department and position.
- Assist with setting up processes and procedures for BaaS products.
- Handle past due collection on credit cards.
- Provide backup support to others in the department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Research transactional history.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous banking experience preferred.
- Detail Oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with new products and programs.
