Responsibilities:**
* Actively engage with Primoris Energy Services representatives to gather information about career opportunities, projects, and company values.
* Present a professional demeanor and clearly articulate your skills, experience, and career aspirations.
* Submit resumes and other relevant application materials as requested by recruiters.
* Participate in on-site interviews if offered, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ask insightful questions to gain a deeper understanding of available roles and the company's future direction.
* Network with other attendees and company personnel to expand professional connections.
* Follow up with recruiters or hiring managers as instructed after the event.
Qualifications:**
* Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications, technical degrees, or higher education preferred depending on target roles.
* Experience in construction, energy, oil & gas, or related industrial sectors is a plus for many positions, but entry-level opportunities may also be available.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to articulate personal strengths and career goals effectively.
* Professional and positive attitude with a genuine interest in Primoris Energy Services.
* Authorized to work in the United States.
