Position Location
This position is available to remote applicants residing in states/locations under Eastern or Central Standard Time: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC, Vermont, West Virginia or Wisconsin.
Your Role
At CareScout, we welcome your technical skills and visionary thinking as an administrative intern. You will be supporting the Field Team Network by assisting with administrative duties.
What You Will Be Doing

  • Performing administrative tasks such as email communications, contacting Field Team Partners when information/documentation is needed, taking meetings note or organizing document storage
  • Reviewing current processes, including live observation, for purposes of improving processes; includes updates of documentation
  • May participate in time studies, including shadowing of team members to document tasks and time spent
  • May perform quality review of calls or transactions to support excellence in customer service
  • Other projects/tasks to support the business that align with skill or desired growth of the applicant

Must Have/What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, able to work with multiple monitors.
  • Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Reliable, energetic, detail and goal oriented, able to follow instructions

National Range: $19.00-$20.00/hour

Disclaimer: This role is aligned to a national market-based pay range. Actual compensation will vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan. Incentive compensation is based on individual and company performance and is not guaranteed.
