 Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Carwash Assistant Site Manager to help oversee daily operations at our car wash facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can support the Site Manager, guide team members, and ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and lead team members during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure safety protocols, wash quality standards, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Train and mentor crew members to promote growth and performance.
  • Log maintenance activities and conduct routine safety checks.
  • Support inventory management and assist with equipment troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of car wash systems and business operations preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and wet weather.
  • Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in car wash or similar operational roles.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills.
