What You’ll Do

• Juggle Like a Pro: Manage 90+ calls a day, keeping things running smoothly and making it look easy.

• Stay Super Organized: Master scheduling, client requests, and to-do lists without breaking a sweat.

• Communicate Like a Champ: Make waiver calls and follow up on requests, keeping everyone in the loop.

• Be the Payment Point Person: Confirm pre-payments, prep for deliveries, and keep detailed client notes.

• Own Quality Control: Review incoming mail to catch anything missing and lend a hand across departments.

• Spot the Details: Scrutinize records and responses, coordinating with Case Managers to keep things moving.

• Write it Right: Send out crystal-clear status updates and approval emails—no room for confusion here.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bonus points for admin or support experience!
