About the Role

The CEO - AI Finance will build and own our AI-native finance business. The role will identify where AI can fundamentally improve how consumers manage money and build products across spending, saving, investing and other everyday financial needs.

What you will be doing
  • Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap and business model.

  • Identify financial workflows where AI can materially improve the user experience, cost or speed.

  • Build AI-native financial products from concept through launch and scale.

  • Own P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics and operating performance.

  • Work deeply with product, engineering and AI teams on product capabilities and user experience.

  • Build the core team across product, technology, operations and commercial functions.

  • Expand into new financial products and markets as the business scales.

What you will need
  • Strong experience building consumer fintech, financial services or technology products.

  • Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business or P&L.

  • Strong understanding of consumer finance, business models and unit economics.

  • Strong product judgement and understanding of how AI can change existing financial workflows.

  • Experience building products and teams in high-growth technology environments.

  • Hands-on operating style - able to work directly through product, AI capabilities, economics and customer problems.

Location

This is a remote role. We hire globally and work across multiple countries and time zones.

 

Candidates should be comfortable working effectively in a distributed, fast-moving international team and collaborating with colleagues across different locations.

 
Language

English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
