Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Strategy & Operations professional to work closely with the CEO on strategic planning, operational execution, and key corporate initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations, with high visibility and direct impact on company growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct business operations and financial budgeting analysis; collect and analyze key operational metrics to support the CEO in formulating corporate strategy and business development plans.
2. Lead and manage the company’s financing and investment-related activities.
3. Oversee the implementation of internal management systems; ensure proper execution of company policies and maintain the effective operation of internal management processes.
4. Organize and chair company meetings; monitor and drive the execution of strategic plans and operational initiatives.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications
1. Experience in a top-tier investment bank or leading consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Tier-1 IB).
2. Strong understanding of financial and legal frameworks across the US and China, with hands-on experience in related matters.
3. Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
4. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex information and operate under pressure.
5. Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Proactive, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Prefers (Nice to have)
1. Experience in crypto, blockchain, or fintech industries.
2. Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Operations leadership role.
3. Exposure to startup or high-growth environments, ideally with scaling experience.
4. Hands-on experience using AI agents or AI-powered tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, or support decision-making.
