The Role

We are looking for strong operators to join the CEO Office for BJAK's AI Neobank app expansion. This role is for someone who can help turn CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launch and daily operating rhythm.
What You'll Own

  • Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution. 

  • Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners and deadlines across teams. 

  • Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships and strategic projects. 

  • Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups and action trackers.

  • Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams. 

  • Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them. 

  • Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department.


What We're Looking For 

  • High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline. 

  • Clear writer, structured thinker and strong follow-through operator. 

  • Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. 

  • Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems and shifting priorities. 

  • Strong judgement on what matters, what is blocked and what needs escalation. 

  • Able to keep teams moving without creating unnecessary process. 

  • Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.

Location

  • This role is remote, but candidates must be based in United States. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in United States.
