Change Management Consultant – Salesforce Federal Delivery
Location: Remote/Hybrid (US-based, DC Metro Area). In-person expectations include visits with customers, Salesforce offices, and to Thunder offices in Tysons Corner, VA.
Employment Type: This is a contingent role based upon a successful bid award.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Enablement Consultant to serve as the cornerstone of our federal practice. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on the challenge of leading training, onboarding, and change management for users and admins within complex federal environments. You will have the autonomy to shape our enablement strategy while working with the latest cloud technologies to support our most mission-critical customers.
Responsibilities:
- Training Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs for both end-users and system administrators.
- Onboarding Management: Manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new users are successfully integrated into federal cloud environments.
- Change Management: Drive the change management process, coordinating with internal teams and federal stakeholders to navigate cultural and technical shifts.
- User Adoption: Implement advanced strategies and tools to monitor and increase user engagement across Salesforce and AWS environments.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and best practices to development and consulting teams regarding user experience and system sustainability.
- Certification Maintenance: Maintain and apply expert knowledge of Salesforce certifications and enablement protocols.
Qualifications:
- US Citizenship Required, with ability and willingness to obtain security clearance(s).
- 5-7+ years of experience leading training, onboarding, and change management cycles, with hands-on experience in automated enablement platforms.
- Significant experience with the Salesforce suite of products, especially Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Agentforce.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing enablement for large, complex federal projects.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align training solutions with federal business objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Instructor, Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant, or equivalent (Preferred).
