The Team and Role:
Logitech is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager, Canada to drive the strategy, development, and execution of To-Channel, Through-Channel marketing-based programs to expand our partnerships and drive revenue for the B2B portfolio through channel activations.

Report to the Manager, Channel Marketing in North America (NAM) you will lead the strategy, development, and execution for Channel Marketing efforts in Canada across B2B product categories, inclusive of programs that help build our competitive differentiation and better together story
Collaborate with Channel partners to create joint marketing initiatives, including integrated campaigns, that drive lead-generation activities that use co-marketing dollars, where applicable
Work cross-functionally with GTM teams and central marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of joint marketing initiatives that build on mutually agreed goals and priorities
Support the Canadian Channel Sales organization and their partners to drive preference and mindshare for the Logitech for Business solution set
Collaborate cross-functionally with Comms, Digital Marketing, Demand Gen, Content teams, and Channel leadership on partner community
Develop quarterly channel marketing business plans for focus partners as part of the Partner Program
Help build and define campaigns working with the broader Channel Marketing team in North America, including ad copy, content, design, landing page creation, and localizations in partnership with BG & regional teams
Monitor and analyze campaigns to measure and optimize the performance of all channels, suggest optimizations to exceed KPI benchmarks and revenue attribution targets
Consolidate results, analysis, and learnings to share best practices and drive share & re-apply across other NAM channel marketing managers
Capacity to think strategically and to master execution; ability to translate learnings and insights into strategic guidance
Strong digital and integrated marketing (think paid, owned, earned) know-how with a good blend of people, business, and operations experience
Strong understanding of the Channel Marketing landscape
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven, extensive experience in Channel Marketing
Channel, digital, and campaign experience required
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a business, marketing, or communications field or relevant industry experience
Experience across performance marketing channels (Publishers, SEM, Programmatic Display, Retargeting Native, Paid Social, etc.)
Proficient in B2B marketing technology tools such as Marketo, SFDC, Conversica, Tableau, etc.
Proven track record implementing integrated digital marketing campaigns, providing guidance, and consolidating results for learnings and future optimizations within a global organization
Extensive background and hands-on experience in media planning, including concept, creative, execution, and performance analysis, with knowledge of ad products, the latest trends, and best practice
Able to independently structure and manage workflow and priorities
Strong attention to detail with effective communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to provide counsel and strategic direction to business leaders, act as a strategic partner that energizes and educates teams

This position offers an annual salary of typically between $ 88K and $135K CAD dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
