The Role
We’re looking for a Channel Partnerships Manager to build and scale our indirect revenue engine. This person will manage strategic reseller relationships, association partnerships, and bespoke industry collaborations that drive both top-of-funnel growth and predictable, forecastable revenue through indirect channels. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between our internal sales and marketing teams and our external channel ecosystem — helping partners understand, position, and sell rePurpose Global’s compliance and recovery solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with packaging suppliers, converters, and manufacturers serving as resellers of rePurpose Global solutions.
- Co-design revenue-sharing models, lead registration processes, and enablement frameworks that ensure attribution, accountability, and growth.
- Develop joint go-to-market plans with each partner, setting quarterly revenue targets and reporting forecasts in collaboration with Sales Ops.
- Identify and onboard new industry partners (trade associations, coalitions, sustainability networks) to amplify awareness and education around EPR and packaging compliance.
- Build co-branded collateral, playbooks, and FAQs for partners’ seller teams.
- Host regular partner training sessions and performance reviews.
- Ensure seamless data flow and lead attribution between partners and internal BDR / AE teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design webinars, campaigns, and case studies that spotlight partner success.
- Drive top-of-funnel growth by leveraging partner networks to generate qualified opportunities for internal sellers.
- Maintain accurate partner pipeline forecasting and quarterly revenue projections.
- Analyze partner performance and recommend optimizations to improve conversion rates and lifetime value.
You'll Succeed Here If You
- Are an entrepreneurial relationship builder who loves translating partnerships into revenue.
- Understand channel sales mechanics (tiering, lead registration, enablement, attribution, commission).
- Have strong familiarity with sustainability, packaging, or SaaS-driven compliance ecosystems (bonus if you know EPR or packaging data workflows).
- Are equally comfortable building strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- Excel at cross-functional collaboration—sales, marketing, ops, and external partner leadership.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or B2B partner sales (SaaS, packaging, or sustainability industries preferred).
- Proven track record of building indirect revenue programs or managing reseller ecosystems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report on partner performance.
- Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and pipeline forecasting tools.
Why Join rePurpose Global
- Work at the forefront of climate tech and circular economy innovation.
- Collaborate with world-class packaging brands, suppliers, and sustainability partners.
- Drive meaningful impact through scalable business solutions that reduce waste and emissions.
- Competitive compensation, start-up energy, and remote flexibility.
Remuneration
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a highly competitive salary package based on your skills and experience. The compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000. If this is out of your preferred range, we’d still encourage you to apply as we value the right fit over anything else!
- Performance-Based Incentives: Earn additional rewards as you achieve key milestones and contribute to our success.
- Employee Benefits & Wellness Funds: Access medical coverage, a wellness fund, learning opportunities and WeWork partnerships.
