Flashpoint is hiring a Channel Sales Manager to act as a strategic architect for our partnership ecosystem on the east coast. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, your mission is to aggressively expand Flashpoint’s revenue by building high-velocity programs for Channel Resellers. You won't just manage partners; you will translate Flashpoint’s threat intelligence, the best data in the industry, into a competitive advantage for our partners and our future customers.

We have a role for you, if you:

  • Develop and implement joint business plans that don't just hit targets but create long-term, scalable productivity within the partner network

  • A proven track record of growing revenue through channel partnerships by focusing on customer-centric outcomes rather than transactional sales

  • Deliver high-impact training sessions that empower partners to articulate our value in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and Vulnerability Intelligence

  • Have the ability to influence at all levels—from a partner’s junior analyst to their C-suite, while navigating the complexities of the east coast cybersecurity market

  • Leverage CRM data and emerging AI sales tools to provide insights into partner performance and market trends

What you will achieve:

  • By 30 days:

    • You will have mapped the existing partner landscape and identified the "white space" for revenue growth.

    • You'll be (somewhat) fluent in our Flashpoint Ignite platform and how it solves critical risk challenges for global enterprises.

    • You started building relationships with key stakeholders

  • By 60 days:

    • Start developing and executing a strategy for managing and growing channel partnerships.

    • You will take full ownership of the partner pipeline, qualifying incoming requests with a focus on quality over quantity

  • By 90 days

    • You have implemented optimized engagement strategies that are showing measurable increases in partner-sourced leads and revenue conversion

    • You are a self-sufficient engine of growth

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth through the design and execution of strategic partner programs within a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based technology environment.

  • The ability to rapidly translate complex technical solutions, such as those in cybersecurity, data intelligence, or enterprise risk into clear, outcome-based value propositions for partners and their customers.

  • Expertise in the full partner journey, from qualifying and onboarding high-potential resellers to conducting the ongoing enablement and business planning required to ensure long-term productivity.

  • Negotiation and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build "trusted advisor" relationships with partner stakeholders ranging from technical leads to executive decision-makers.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% and reside on the east coast of the United States.

Base Pay Range: $95,200-$150,000 per/yr plus commission
