The Chief Enterprise Architect will oversee the design and integration of cloud and data architecture solutions for government projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Analytica is seeking a Chief Enterprise Architect that will provide comprehensive solutions architecture services that engage with Government stakeholders to define requirements, develop solutions, and identify best-fit services for the War Data Platform, while designing a modern data architecture that enables seamless flow, transformation, and consolidation of data from multiple sources into a unified format for analysis, reporting, and operational use through an War Data Platform data integration layer, and further includes designing and improving the War Data Platform cloud architecture to adopt a multi-cloud approach with robust data sharing capabilities and standardized Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) across multiple security enclaves.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead for architecting, positioning, designing, including coordination of integration efforts into their intended systems and subsystems.
- Ensure that any technologies incorporated into or developed under this PWS do not conflict with the program baseline.
- Ensure the most advanced technology vendors are engaged in the process and the program has reach across relevant industry, DoW organizations and the open-source community to engage the best solutions.
- Be accountable for the end-to-end cloud and Platform architecture experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Possess five years of experience with Cloud Architecture, Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Requirements Gathering, Business Process Requirement Engineering, agile development practices.
- Experience designing, building, and implementing enterprise-class system architecture(s) and designing qualities across the enterprise that match business needs (e.g., reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, security, and usability) on projects similar to the size, scope, and complexity of the work and environment described in the TOR.
- Experience developing solutions across a diverse and heterogeneous IT cloud environment, including aligning standards, frameworks, and security with overall business and technology strategy.
- Possess experience in the Department of War Architecture Framework (DoWAF).
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, or equivalent.
- Possess a Master Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Possess experience highlighting proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java, Scala, C++, or similar).
- Possess experience in architecting and engineering federated multi-cloud solutions.
- Experience leading architectural teams, developing strategic IT goals and roadmaps, and presenting material to senior Government officials.
- Possess experience with data analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) model development, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, secure application development, software lifecycle management, and DoW compliant cloud infrastructure.
- Possess five years’ experience in cybersecurity policies or information technologies related to DoW networks, classified networks, or communications systems in support of intelligence operations.
- Possess experience engaging multiple stakeholders from industry.
- Possess experience with architecting and cloud-neutral, cloud-native, and open-source solutions.
- Possess one or more or similar to the following professional certifications:
- Professional Cloud Solutions Architect (PCSA)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solutions Architect (Professional)
- MS Certified Azure Solutions Architect (Expert)
- Google Cloud Certified Architect (Professional)
- CompTIA A+ Technician
