  • Build, refine, and maintain scalable financial infrastructure, reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards that provide timely visibility into company performance and leading indicators.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages to executive leadership, board members, private equity stakeholders, and lenders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with department leaders to improve financial accountability, operational efficiency, and business decision-making.
  • Drive budgeting discipline and educate leaders on financial ownership, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Support organizational scalability through financial modeling, workforce planning support, capital planning, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banking partners, auditors, tax advisors, and external financial stakeholders.
  • Evaluate financial risks, operational gaps, and succession vulnerabilities while implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, lender obligations, and internal financial controls.
  • Provide financial analysis and strategic guidance related to growth initiatives, investments, acquisitions, vendor agreements, and commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize ERP and financial systems infrastructure, including SAP and related reporting platforms.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable finance culture focused on collaboration, responsiveness, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate as a key contributor in executive planning, compensation strategy discussions, and board-level initiatives.
  • Prepare and present quarterly board meeting materials in collaboration with the PharmaLink executive leadership team.

  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Proven ability to build trust, accountability, and alignment across departments without direct reporting authority
