We are looking for a highly driven operations leader to take complete ownership of a business unit’s execution, performance, and growth. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to transform strategic goals into measurable business outcomes while driving operational excellence, profitability, and team performance. The position requires a strong balance of leadership, process management, data-driven decision-making, and business ownership in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Take end-to-end ownership of business operations, execution, and P&L performance for the assigned business unit.
  • Drive operational efficiency by improving processes, workflows, and service delivery standards.
  • Lead and manage large cross-functional teams while fostering accountability and high performance.
  • Build scalable systems, optimize operational frameworks, and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze business performance metrics, identify gaps, and use data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams to align execution with long-term strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance, quality standards, and operational consistency across all business functions.
  • Oversee customer experience and ensure smooth execution across the complete client lifecycle.
  • Manage reporting, forecasting, and operational planning to support sustainable business growth.
  • Mentor team leaders and strengthen organizational capability through structured performance management.
