Our Portfolio Company is Hiring!

Chief Revenue Officer Western Computer | Remote

About Western Computer

Western Computer is a top-ranked Microsoft Dynamics partner with nearly 40 years of experience helping distribution and manufacturing companies run better on Microsoft technology. Recognized as a Microsoft Inner Circle partner (top 1% globally) and a three-time Microsoft Partner of the Year Finalist, we have completed 1,750+ implementations and built lasting relationships with clients across North America. We are a focused, expert-driven organization that measures success in years, not go-lives.

The Opportunity

Western Computer is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead and unify our go-to-market organization at a pivotal moment in the company's growth. Reporting directly to CEO Kristen Sage, the CRO will own the full revenue function -- spanning Sales, Marketing, and Product -- and will be responsible for building the strategy, structure, and execution rigor needed to scale the business.

This is a hands-on executive role for a revenue leader who thrives in complex, relationship-driven environments and knows how to drive growth in the Microsoft partner ecosystem or adjacent ERP/technology services space.

What You'll Own

  • Lead and align Sales, Marketing, and Product under a unified revenue strategy that appeals to new customers and expands Western’s partnership with their existing customers
  • Partner with Kristen and the executive team to define and execute Western Computer's commercial growth roadmap
  • Drive new logo acquisition while deepening wallet share across an established and loyal install base
  • Build and strengthen the partner ecosystem, with a focus on Microsoft channel leverage
  • Implement forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility, and RevOps infrastructure to support predictable growth
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing revenue leadership team
  • Serve as an external face of Western Computer with strategic clients, prospects, and partners

What We're Looking For

  • Proven CRO or senior revenue leadership experience in ERP, technology services, or the Microsoft partner ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Track record of scaling both new logo and expansion revenue in a services-led or solutions business
  • Experience leading and aligning sales, marketing, and product functions
  • Strong operational instincts -- comfortable building forecasting rigor and go-to-market structure without over-engineering
  • Executive presence and credibility with C-suite buyers in distribution, manufacturing, or adjacent verticals
  • Collaborative, hands-on leadership style that fits a high-trust, relationship-first culture
  • Stability and tenure in prior roles -- we value leaders who build things and see them through
