Position Summary

Excel Tek Incorporated is seeking a Chief Sales Officer to lead the Company's U.S. sales strategy for IT services and digital transformation offerings.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the Company's U.S. sales strategy for IT services and digital transformation offerings.
  • Develop structured sales forecasting models, revenue-tracking mechanisms, and margin-analysis frameworks to support data-driven decision-making and long-term growth planning.
  • Guide commercial negotiations for high-value, multi-service IT contracts.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and manage key client engagements.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, governance, and compliance across sales operations.
  • Work closely with top leadership to align sales plans with financial goals.
  • Travel within USA is required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Twelve (12) months of experience as a Director, Officer, Principal, Manager, Consultant, or a related occupation.
