We are looking for a talented Chief of Staff, who will work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop, implement, and manage strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a highly organized and proactive leader with a deep understanding of the tech industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience as Chief of Staff or similar.
- Three (3) years of experience working for a multinational firm in professional services, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Three (3) years of experience working in finance, operations, or strategy positions for high-tech start-ups.
- Two (2) years of experience in project management that involves multiple disciplines/departments.
- One (1) year of experience with financial due diligence such as M&A deal planning
Office Site: Austin, Texas
Remote Work Policy: Must appear in-person four (4) days per week in the Austin, TX office (1 day per week can be from home).
Travel Requirement: Approximately 25% of the time, primarily to visit New York, Florida, and Israel.
