Circana offers an experiential learning initiative designed to introduce students to a career in market research and analytics. Through this program, participants gain access to scholarships, technical training, professional development workshops, executive panel discussions, mentorship, and a final project to showcase your skills and knowledge. 

Program Highlights:

  • Develop and present a final case study, showcasing insights derived from data analysis. 
  • Engage with peers and industry experts to explore topics such as navigating the workforce as a person of color, jump starting your career, and giving back to your community.

Who We're Looking For: 

We are dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds, who are eager to jumpstart their careers, get hands- on experiences, and make a positive impact.

Ideal candidates are: 

  • Juniors graduating from 2026 to 2028
  • Interested in pursuing careers in Insights, Data Analytics, Paid Media, Market Research, CPG or Retail
  • Willingness to embrace new technologiesand a passion for leveraging innovative solutions to drive business value.
  • Available to attend program virtual meetings on the following dates:  
    • Saturdays (January – May) from 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. CT (10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. ET) 
    • Fridays (June – August) from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. CT (11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. ET)
